We provide three levels of service to accommodate everyone:
Platinum Service:
- Our premium service.
- Owner and Operator Rich on every job.
- Hot water extraction using our contemporary and efficient truck mounted equipment.
- Inspection of your carpets and full explanation of our process. Review any spots, concerns, heavy traffic areas and deodorization.
- Carefully move your furniture per your instructions.
- Pre-vacuum to ready the carpet for deep cleaning.
- Pre-spray and pre-treat tough spots.
- Special treatment of pet stains and extraction using our spotting tools.
- Groom the pre-spray.
- Hot water extraction.
- Deodorization procedure upon request.
- Further treatment of stains if needed. (Some stains may be permanent. In addition, wear patterns in your carpet may be permanent as well. We'll address these concerns with you before we begin.)
- Carefully move your furniture back per your instructions and use of furniture blocks to ensure the safety of your carpet and furniture.
- Groom carpet as needed.
- Application of Scotchguard carpet protector.
- Post inspection walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction. We provide sanitary booties for you and your family to wear while the carpets quickly dry. Price: $.40 Per Square Foot
Gold Service:
